SENIOR PASTOR: Tom Conant
Tom and Lilia have been at Christian Chapel since 1987. Retiring from the U.S. Navy after 23 years of service, Tom joined the staff as Associate Pastor in 1991. He served alongside Pastor Steve Dyer for four years and was called by the membership to serve as Senior Pastor in 1995.

Tom has seen Christian Chapel through one building program, planting several churches, and sponsoring several short term missions trips. He earned his ordination with the Assemblies of God in 2000.

Tom and Lilia are privileged to serve the wonderful people God has placed at Christian Chapel. Lilia enjoys cooking and entertaining people in her home. Together they enjoy fishing and exercising to stay healthy. Tom and Lilia have three grown children and four of the best grandchildren in the world.

SPIRITUAL LIFE PASTOR: Doug Crabb
Doug joined the Christian Chapel staff in 1996 after serving 20 years in the United States Navy. He is a Native Texan (born and raised in Dallas). He is married to his High School Sweetheart, Jean, and they have one son, Timothy.

He serves the Christian Chapel fellowship as the Spiritual Life Pastor, helping them to discover their spiritual gifts and find a place of ministry to use their giftings.

As staff Missions Pastor, he ensures that Missions are a high visibility “reason for being” (Matt. 28:19-20), from peoples’ front porch to wherever God may lead. He schedules, coordinates, and leads short-term missions trips around the world, with an emphasis on building Bible Schools, training pastors/leaders and providing medical care. Doug also serves as the Tidewater South Missions Representative for the Potomac District of the Assemblies of God. This enables him to be a first person point-of-contact for missionaries serving in the United States and throughout the world. >> EMAIL DOUG <<

CHILDREN MINISTRIES PASTOR: Brian McLean
Brian has been a part of Christian Chapel since arriving in Virginia Beach as a graduate student in December 2003. Since then, he has graduated, holding both a M.A. in Practical Theology and an M.B.A from Regent University. More importantly, he loves God and loves working with kids! His passion is to see children of all ages able to know, love and serve Jesus! He enjoys imparting the word of God in a tangible and fun way so that kids can truly understand it.

Brian has been married to his wife, Michele, for 16 years. They have 3 precious sons, Ben, Nathaniel and Zachary. Michele enjoys serving alongside her husband in ministry to the wonderful families of Christian Chapel. Michele currently home schools their children and is also involved in girls ministries at church.

STUDENT MINISTRIES PASTOR: Bill Kennon
Bill has been at Christian Chapel since 1994 when his family moved to Virginia Beach. He began as a student leader in 1998 and has served Christian Chapel in Student Ministries since then. He graduated from Regent University in 2005 with a B.A. in Religious Studies and in August 2008 became student ministries pastor. He leads various small groups and a weekly service for students.

Bill is passionate about seeing young people grow to be authentic disciples of Christ. In his ministry, students are challenged as they grow and mature through their teenage years. Bill has a passion to see youth come to know Christ and for their discipleship. His hope is that students would graduate high school with a passion and fire for Christ as they enter the world.

Bill and his wonderful wife, Arianne, have one beautiful daughter. He enjoys every good thing in creation, except country music (which might not be considered a good thing in creation anyway). >> EMAIL BILL <<
